Not overly impressed 42 bucks for a filet my wife ordered, and it was one of the toughest steaks Ive had. The ribeye was good, asparagus was the vegetable of the day they served 5 sprigs on each plate seemed like small portions. Both our hostess and server had messy clothes our servers apron was clearly saturated from grease and needed washing badly. Overall not impressive not worth the money and definitely not fine dining as they advertise.
Had a wonderful solo meal here while up north on vacation. They seemed short staffed; I wasnt noticed immediately, but once I was seated my server was friendly and attentive. Everything I had was delicious and fairly priced, highly recommend 👌
We were excited to try this place after seeing an add in East Tawas. The inside interior gives a cozy, log cabin vibe, but the food and service were subpar. For a local steakhouse, I was really disappointed to learn that the fish is frozen and not caught fresh locally. Regardless, we ordered the scallops and whitefish. The scallops were good, not buttery smooth, but you did get a decent portion for the price. The whitefish was cooked good but really lacked flavor, and the asparagus...
