Worst mcdonalds EVER. What's the point of having 2 lanes if the person "working" the 2nd lane is just not working. It is always something with this mcdonalds. Smh. The owners should be ashamed that this is how their employees are.
It seems like no matter what time a day we go it's crazy busy and they don't have enough employees working. I order from the kiosk because it's easier, I thought maybe I would get my food quicker but no. The quality is okay, eventhough they just made everything it's not very hot, but by that time I just want to leave.

Horrendous customer service. I spent 25 minutes in the curbside pickup spot waiting for my food while the drive thru pick up spots were serviced. I won't return to this location, this isn't the first bad experience I've had, but it will be the last. The staff just does not seem to care at all.
