Came here on a Monday (when they'd opened specifically for an LFC match) and was blown away by the hospitality - Irish coffees and HT pizza anyone? - and the kindness shown to me by Jet (hope I've spelled tha right) who was running the place and assorted legends partaking in the match / beer / whisky. They even gave me a Detroit LFC supporters scarf which I'll be sure to take to Anfield when I next go. Super fun and lovely people - thank you!“

“I went to Jimmy's during on March 20th to watch NCAA games. Lisa was my bartender. She was great. She put on the games for me. I asked her to make me a Spanish coffee and looked it up so she can make it for me. She did a good job with that. I had soup and a tuna melt both were very good and satisfying. I totally recommend this place and I will be back.“

“Absolutely 100% recommend Nemo’s! We’re here for tigers opening day and I am breastpumping. I asked if they had a room I could pump, although they didn’t have a secluded area for me, they let me pump in this back area. Thankfully I had a wearable pump so you can’t see anything but one of the bartenders brought me a water & a hotdog and was just the sweetest man. Truly thankful for their hospitality! So very sweet! Above and beyond!“

“I just found this place and month ago and I've been back 3 times. Asian Tacos app and the quesadiila burger everytime. My wife got the Roast beef sandwich tonight and I had a bite, it was really good too. they're working on a new menu that I can't wait to try more of their food. Basam and Stacy have been great everytime I've been there too.“

I've had the saganaki sausage, Greek grilled chicken salad, waffle fries, fish and chips, and of course their burger...I'd get each one again lol. “I had the chicken wings and garlic aloi fries. The wings was really good, big wings and had a lot of sauce on them. It's 12 for 20 which to me kinda expensive. The fries was disappointed in 7 dollars for some fries that's half of them was soggy. There was little cheese on it. The ones that was cooked was okay. I wouldn't highly recommend it but I would give it another try if different cooks was working. Saw one guy had to give his wings back before me because they was under cooked.“

“We had a rehearsal dinner for 40 people at Sheilds in Detroit and it was the best experience ever! The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was great and the staff were so awesome!!! When we got there everything was set up for us and they were very welcoming. The manager Jason was great, and had everything running smoothly. The wait staff…shout out to L & D we’re phenomenal! They were right there with refills, smiles, jokes and anything you needed. They made the experience so wonderful!!! I would recommend to anyone looking for a party venue, or just a dinner out to come eat here!! 5 stars!!!!!!“

“My girlfriend and meself stopped in randomly after the Eastern Market and had one of the best meals and experience we’ve had while visiting Detroit. The Tokyo muscles were the best muscles I’ve ever had. We had a classic Bloody Mary and their hot sauce really brought some heat! We got the Carmel cookie coffee as well and that was swell as well. The environment and staff especially made the experience even better. We had Rhonda as a server and she was very pleasant and helped give us recommendations that turned out to be very tasty. Overall we were glad we chose to eat at Vivio’s and will definitely be back next time we wander to Detroit.“

“Stopped here before a concert at LCA last night - obviously busy, but wait wasn’t bad at all and we were able to get a drink at the bar and wait outside. I wish I could remember our servers name, but she was absolutely stellar! She was super friendly, funny and quick despite having a large section on a busy night. Got the shrimp tacos (AMAZING and filling - has a perfect amount of “kick”) and my husband got the hot chicken sandwich (the one small bite I was allowed was phenomenal) overall 10/10 experience!“

“I moved to SCS 5 months ago and have never been here before. My family and I have tried carryout from several restaurants and we always end up with Gilbert’s. Great food, service & prices. I had my daughters 1st birthday in their banquet room yesterday and I’m over the moon happy with how it turned out! The staff was super helpful and always around when I needed anything. The food was great, my guests raved about the pizza and spinach dip. I would book events here in the future without a doubt. Look no further for a great American cuisine menu and staff that makes you feel like family!“
