While I was receiving my food and placing my order, I had the pleasure of talking to Miss Ruth. She is very sweet very kind and wishes me a good day and a good weekend every time I see her 10 out of 10 would recommend Ruth again. Fast service and a great atmosphere.
The young staff member who took our order was friendly however calling every man hon and honey is not necessary. What should be necessary is bringing out hot food, ketchup and napkins, which we didn't get. It must be an ongoing problem there as we overheard another person complaining of food always being cold.
The young man that took our order was the very meaning of professionalism...while we were eating we watched him interviewing someone from afar. We realized then, he was some sort of a manager. Inotherwords, the Mount Pleasant Mi. Pickard Street location General Managers hiring practices are second to none.
