This morning my town was without power. So of course I had to have my coffee 😀 Went through drive through and the sweet lady who took my order, was so polite and friendly, it made my day! When I got to the next window, you could tell this girl was tired and probably had already dealt with several rude people. 😞 I decided to voice what I was feeling. While I was receiving my food and placing my order, I had the pleasure of talking to Miss Ruth. She is very sweet very kind and wishes me a good day and a good weekend every time I see her 10 out of 10 would recommend Ruth again. Fast service and a great atmosphere.

Despite occasional morning closures, the food and service are usually good. Customers have noted that the Double Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese is excellent, while the McDouble was greasy and soggy. The fries were hot but not very crisp. Some diners experienced long waits, but customer service remained phenomenal, with staff being patient and apologetic. A young woman working there was extremely helpful, friendly, polite, and professional. One customer mentioned that their burger had a surprising taste reminiscent of spaghetti, while the nuggets and fries were good.
