“Well, they've renovated it again and taken away even more seats... and the pop machine. It gets smaller inside after every reno. One more reno, and we'll have to sit outside or in the bathroom. Only three tables left at the front and a couple by the bathroom; getting closterphobic. Also lost the sweet round family table... should have invested in a floor cleaner so the floors weren't so damn slippery...very disappointed.“

“While traveling through the area I noticed the amazing view of the lake while driving by and decided to stop for lunch. Nikki was a wonderful host & waitress accommodating my request for dining outside and made an excellent recommendation as a first time visitor. Superb!! The day was beautiful, the meal was great! And the service was excellent!! If you’re in Elkhart or passing through, stop by and enjoy a nice meal and be sure to tip well!?“

“Went to the drive thru at 9:30 at night and the were amazing! We ordered over $100 of food and even had a couple specialty things. Not only did they get ALL of our order right with minimal wait time, but their attitudes about the whole thing were amazing! They were nice polite and friendly through it all. I don't know the name of the gentleman that I believe was the manager, but he is an awesome person and a manager I believe i would have loved to with for when I had worked fast food. Thank you guys for the awesome experience! Date of visit Thursday June 9th 2022“

“Today I just had my BEST Culver experience ever. We went in thinking average about Culver’s but one of the employees took upon themself to make it our best experience and went above and beyond of what is expected. Not only did CAM make sure our food was ordered fast and fresh, his charisma and positive attitude brought so much more light to our day. He made sure we left as happy or if not more HAPPY than what we entered. He always checked on us, and he made sure we had a good deal when ordering. ON TOP OF THAT, he even went out his way to hold the door for us in our way out. SERVICE 10/10. Cam deserves recognition and a raise for his great contribution to the Culver’s family as well as for his uplifting attitude.“

“I was driving in from out of state and since my husband has reminisced about Kmart subs for YEARS, I thought I would stop by Scoobies to pick some up to bring home to him. Unfortunately I was only in town for the weekend, and even though they are closed on Saturdays, the owner so graciously offered to COME IN and make subs for me!! I couldn't believe it! Incredible customer service and my husband said the Kmart subs were DELICIOUS and SPOT ON. Thank you for going the extra mile to help me bring back a memory for him. WE APPRECIATE YOU!!“

“We come to Flat Rock once, if not twice every week! Had never had a bad experience. Last night we had a new (to us) server, Hector and he was PHENOMENAL! He was extremely nice, checked on us numerous times, just an amazing guy who clearly loves his job. It was our son’s birthday and Hector brought him out dessert with a candle fully ready to sing to him. Thank you again Flat Rock for the amazing time, and Hector for being so amazing with our kiddo and making his day special!“
