Had the crispy chicken salad at Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers and was pleasantly surprised. The vegetables were fresh, the chicken was crunchy and flavorful, and the portion size was generous. A solid option if you’re looking for something lighter but still filling.
Just tried the new Freddy’s and by far one of the worst. Everything was bad.
The best thing about our order was the boxed apple juice. My kid won’t even eat the chicken tenders, which is mostly fried breading. Dr Pepper was flat french fries fries were terrible. Not to mention my bacon cheeseburger, and how it weighed probably less than 1 pound.
Food is great. The parking lot, entrance, and drive thru was designed for bicycles. It is so cramped, tiny, and difficult to navigate it’s almost not worth going through the hassle.
