Hands down the best pizza I've had. I have the good fortune to live in Elk Rapids so I can go there any day of the week. The pizzas are phenomenal. Try the Chef Chucks pizzazz pizza. The seven cheese rocks too not to mention the Mediterranean salad and toasted sandwiches. If you are in Elk Rapids you definitely need to give it a try!

Well it has great potential it's not there yet, with inside and outside eating front and rear is plenty of space for your friends to enjoy a decent meal. Well I'm not a big lover of wheat I believe they're crust is made with it. And maybe let your tone down the parsley or basil they're using in their sauce it overwhelms pretty much everything on their pizzas.

I've been going here since childhood, and now it is on my way home from my job, so I stop there often. Great food, quality ingredients, may seem a little pricey at first, but it is definitely worth it. There is a reason they win awards for the best pizza. The seven cheese and classic pepperoni pizzas are some of the greatest I've ever had. Employees are friendly and quick. The only complaint I could have is that the overall size of the lobby is small, but that is a constraint of being downtown and surrounded on all sides.

Chef Chucks is a really cool pizzeria. When I visited recently I ordered a medium pizza with red peppers and sesame/garlic crust. My boyfriend and I ate our pizza on the beach in less than fifteen minutes because it was so delicious. Family run pizzerias are the best because they put their emphasis on the quality not advertising. Chef Chucks has a cozy atmosphere and you can even eat outdoors. Definitely a great pizza spot. They make sub sandwiches too. The pizza slice deals are available during certain hours.

Chef Chuck/Charles has been my family's favorite stop on our yearly trips to Elk Rapids and Traverse City ever since 1996 when they opened. It's hard to describe, but something about the recipe makes the dough and sauce has this subtle sweetness that tastes unlike any other pizza I've tried before anywhere else in the world. That sounds dramatic, I know, but I mean it - it's very unique. You order at the counter, they're reasonable waiting-wise for a pizza place and while there's not a ton of seating, there are plenty of benches nearby and nice picnic spots. My top recommendation for pizza types is the 7 cheese, feta on pizza is genius stuff.
