To make matters worse, the BBQ sauce that was supposed to come with my chicken order was missing, and I had to remind our server not once but twice to bring it.
The fries were killer but the chicken tenders looked like something cheap that came out of the freezer at a Dollar Tree (if they sold food I mean).
They highly encourage you to pay with your phone, and when doing so there's no way to tip less than 20%, and of course the tip is mandatory.
I'll never come back to this place.

The Iron Worker burger was very flavorful and cooked pretty close to requested temperature. I’m not a fan of their fries, but my husband liked them. Table service was good, but there was an error made on a drink order. A double bourbon neat was ordered but our server first brought a double in a full glass of ice. She immediately went back to have it corrected, but returned with what was clearly appeared to be the same bourbon originally brought minus the ice.
1) the bourbon was ice cold 2) the glass was ice cold 3) the pour was far too large for a double neat 4) it tasted quite diluted, so much so that even I thought it tasted diluted. I don’t even drink bourbon because it’s so strong.
It was a pricy local bourbon that my husband enjoys trying when we visit new/different places. You get something wrong, you make it right. Even when my husband said something to the server about the temperature of it, she only said she knows they have cold glasses. We gave up at that point. Extremely disappointed by our experience. We will not return.

Waitress was more interested in her phone than checking on us . Hummus appetizer came with almost no chips , cucumber or celery . Of course she could bring us more for more money . Never once refilled our drinks. This place is going down hill fast . Flys and gnats landing on our food . We have been here many times and won’t be back .

We visited on a Wednesday afternoon about 1:30. There were several open tables both inside and outside. Service was slow to approach our table and to deliver once we ordered. That was disappointing. After our food arrived, we asked for additional napkins and even that request took a long time! Our experience was during a non busy time. I wonder how long it takes when the restaurant is busy?
