Definitely a once and done place. Food was ok but nothing special that would bring me back. The menus were dirty and ripped up and they were out of half their menu items. Ended up getting the iron burger which was good but a burger + chips for $19 is steep. Host was on his phone on FaceTime when we came and left. Server didn’t seem to know the menu either. Brought the bill and it promoted you to leave a 20,25, or 30% tip. Anything less you have to click custom.

Service was absolutely horrible! Had to ask the waiter repeatedly for things lost importantly our drinks (that never came) and we were charged for them. They were also out of 1/4 of the menu

Jay, what a guy. 5 stars for him! Great food, great beer, good prices, and outstanding service. Jay is a legend let us start the fireplace an hour before closing, super accommodating.

The waiter was great. The host was unpleasant. If you want to sit together with your party this is not the place to do that. Only 4-6 can sit together. They stated it was ada but they don’t have a handicap accessible bathroom door or bar so that made no sense. They said we needed one bill but then each tables food had to be seperate. Nothing about that place made sense. Decent food and decent time to get food. Nothing to write home about
We had a wonderful experience at the Foundry Elk Rapids today. Two of us had the wedge salad with salmon, and one had a beef-cheese sandwich melt with fries. The food was excellent, as was the service. Fun, laidback setting…and dog friendly. Loved it!

Prime location - but awful from the start - sat at a table - waited 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were there - 2 other servers looked at us and walked away. When we finally saw our waiter - he was very nice - FOOD - just yuck - greasy appetizer - cheese curds - brought no plates to share - we used our napkins. Fish sandwich was ok - but more breading than fish - chicken/waffles - chicken undercooked and grisly - waffle had to be frozen - burger was ok In a few words - SKIP this place until someone takes it over and makes it better

Tried this place out on Saturday for dinner! Long wait, service was horrible! Food was okay and drinks were good! It was a one and done for us! Saw several people leave without ordering!
