“We've sampled donut shops herein Northern Michigan, including the famous "Potters" (they're good). But, we found the Flour Pot almost by accident. The donuts at the Flour Pot are the best we've had!!!“

Between four of us we had the swordfish special, crawfish étouffée, shrimp and grits, chicken Alfredo, cobbler, and bananas foster. Every bite was better than the one before - we all agreed! “Great selection of fresh fruits. I walked away with plums, peaches & pears and you can’t leave without the goodies!!! The BEST dried cherries I’ve ever had (perfect balance of tart with sweet), and 2 mini fresh baked pies. 1 apple and 1 cherry that were freshly baked that Saturday morning. Mmmm mmmm delish!!!

Lady working the stand was kinda quiet, not very talkative, but she seemed nice :-) I’ll be coming back here soon to stock up on more fresh fruit to make gift baskets before leaving for my hunting trip out west. I can’t wait to try the jam and salsa!

Thanks for making great, local yummy treats. I live down south, so the drive is definitely worth it.
