“Always a busy place. The service was a bit awkward. The staff member that was taking the order was more in tune to the gentleman ahead of me. Then, when I asked if she was ready for me, her whole attitude changed. I understand the looks both gave each other during my visit. I suggest the staffers leave their personal life at home.“

I wanted to say that the 3 employee's working that day made our first visit to Five Guys very welcoming. They were so pleasant even tho we had alot of people to order at one time. Our food came out soooo quick and it was very good. Even tho it was very expensive it was amazing . The best part our girls are STILL talking about how good the burgers were!!!!!! My youngest says it's her favorite place to eat now. Wish we had one closer! Keep up the great work Gaylord location! We will be back when passing again!!“

Kid-friendliness: They may not have a playscape or anything but it's a nice environment and they are always so kind and patient and HELPFUL when I go in with my kids because I have my kids pay with my card so they learn and the employees ABSOLUTELY help with that every time by telling THEM the total and when to swipe, ask if THEY want the receipt, and they're just so amazing and kind with my kids and I appreciate it because personally, we don't come across that often and it's nice to know that I have a safe space to teach my kids FIRST HAND how to buy food ❣️“

“I've been waiting to try this Qdoba out. I've been to many down state. All of the were excellent. I was telling my son how good the down state restaurants were and this didn't disappoint. My son is a very picky eater and this is in his top restaurants. So now I have another place to take him. Our food was super good. And he ate every bite. Thanks we'll be back for him to try more.“
