I occasionally visit. Most of the time it’s 4/5 like any other Culver’s. My last time though, it was bad. Ice machine was empty. The entire inside was super humid, warm and muggy. Tables weren’t cleaned after dinner hour. The floor was slippery from the humidity. There was a fly chilling on my food. They should have just closed the dine in area until they get their HVAC fixed.
We don’t eat Culver’s a lot but decided on a road trip snack. I chose to get a concrete mixer. The girl brought it out… while proceeding to hand me it all covered on the sides. If she had any decency, she could clean it off w/ napkins before bringing it out. Cmon people… really now?!?!👎👎😕
I love the workers here. Both night shift and day shift. Kiri, Jeff, Vanessa, Ryan, Kaitlyn, Andy! All of them! They really rock it out and make my experience one of a kind each time I come in!
