I know Hardee's in New Ulm MN has had some issues, but I went there today and was more than impressed! there were at least four people working there and they were so friendly and the food came really fast. it was fresh and hot and delicious! I can't wait to go there again, it looks like they have really pulled it together!
My first time ever going here and it was great! Food was superb compared to other chains in the area, and the customer service exceeded my expectations too. My cashier, Olivia L, was very kind and worked with me to implement the specific changes I wanted to make to my order, truly topping the experience. Will be returning!
