Great customer service and making sure that everything is correct. Even when there was an accident with a spill, the manager offered and made us a new drink free of charge. Cause why, accidents happen. 😊😊😊
From now on when the training is done here you should ask what would Chris do? it's unfortunate that you're losing such a valuable employee who does the customer right!
I love going to my local Starbucks. The staff is always friendly, my orders are accurate (and delicious), and the store is sparkling clean! Thank you Escanaba Starbucks for helping to start my day off right!
