“Staff is always so sweet and eager to help. Their coffees are all so good but the smoothies are what get us over there often! The bagels, scones and all their sweet treats are so fresh and delicious. I am a creature of habit so I tend to get the cranberry turkey delight sandwich or the chicken salad wrap and i highly recommend either. Sometimes I get both and take one home to enjoy later. The menu is big and they have kid friendly options. Highly recommend!!“
“I love this place!!Amazing food and great java!I do have a suggestion tho... when a customer orders a drink that comes with a straw... you should leave the straw wrapped, and hand it to the customer with their drink. This will cut down the chances of cross contamination. I am deathly allergic to tree nuts and chocolate. Any oils or 'residue' that may be on your hand, and is now on the customer's straw, increasing the chances of a reaction. For me that reaction is anniphalac shock. “Most of the staff is amazing and wonderful! Some could be trained on how to speak to customers in a more friendly tone instead of rushing through! I understand it’s fast food but instead of asking is that it ask is there anything else I can get you today or something. Amazing staff super friendly good food. Always fast. It was backed up to the road, I was probably almost all the way by the first entrance in the drive thru, and made it out in less than 20 minutes.Parking: 6-8 spots on Taco Bell side, drive thru entrance, and at least 10+ on Pizza Hut side, drive thru exit.Wheelchair accessibility: Have ramp entry’s on both entrances. Definitely use side entrance opposite of drive through entry though, Pizza Hut side not Taco Bell side.“
“Bigby shares space with where you check in at the Terrace Bay Hotel. Staff was very friendly, willing to answer questions, and chat a bit if they weren't super busy. The mango blood orange creme drink was amazing and the perfect beverage for a hot day.“
“Finally got to visit the inside of this half gas station, half McDonald's after it closed the inside for COVID. The inside seems to have gotten a remodel and looks great. Food is always great and served fast. Servers are nice and friendly towards customers. Honestly prefer this McDonald's to the one in esky by far. I live in Manistique and love McDonald's and we just don't have one in my town so I always look forward to swinging by this McDonald's before we go home.Parking: There's a good amount of parking for this establishment even though it shares a space with a gas station but it's also a place frequented through drive thru so typically doesn't have parking issues.“
“The only coffee we have been drinking for many many years! We have tried almost every different flavor they offer and are never disappointed. Jake and Julia, the owners, are the sweetest couple and are always happy to take time to chat and recommend coffee products. All other staff members are always so helpful and wonderful as well. Every Christmas we buy bags of coffee to give as gifts and the recipients are always so excited about it. Highly recommend!!!“
