“Bigby shares space with where you check in at the Terrace Bay Hotel. Staff was very friendly, willing to answer questions, and chat a bit if they weren't super busy. The mango blood orange creme drink was amazing and the perfect beverage for a hot day.“

“Finally got to visit the inside of this half gas station, half McDonald's after it closed the inside for COVID. The inside seems to have gotten a remodel and looks great. Food is always great and served fast. Servers are nice and friendly towards customers. Honestly prefer this McDonald's to the one in esky by far. I live in Manistique and love McDonald's and we just don't have one in my town so I always look forward to swinging by this McDonald's before we go home.Parking: There's a good amount of parking for this establishment even though it shares a space with a gas station but it's also a place frequented through drive thru so typically doesn't have parking issues.“

“The only coffee we have been drinking for many many years! We have tried almost every different flavor they offer and are never disappointed. Jake and Julia, the owners, are the sweetest couple and are always happy to take time to chat and recommend coffee products. All other staff members are always so helpful and wonderful as well. Every Christmas we buy bags of coffee to give as gifts and the recipients are always so excited about it. Highly recommend!!!“

“Staff is always so sweet and eager to help. Their coffees are all so good but the smoothies are what get us over there often! The bagels, scones and all their sweet treats are so fresh and delicious. I am a creature of habit so I tend to get the cranberry turkey delight sandwich or the chicken salad wrap and i highly recommend either. Sometimes I get both and take one home to enjoy later. The menu is big and they have kid friendly options. Highly recommend!!“

“I love this place!!Amazing food and great java!I do have a suggestion tho... when a customer orders a drink that comes with a straw... you should leave the straw wrapped, and hand it to the customer with their drink. This will cut down the chances of cross contamination. I am deathly allergic to tree nuts and chocolate. Any oils or 'residue' that may be on your hand, and is now on the customer's straw, increasing the chances of a reaction. For me that reaction is anniphalac shock. Just a thought.Still Love love love this place!! ?☕“

“Dallas is one of the most amazing workers here! I was waiting on our order and well my coffee was unable to be made due to the machine being cleaned which is absolutely understandable! While waiting I had been given some absolutely horrible news about a relative of mine passing and when Dallas brought our food to us I was HYSTERICAL! instead of just handing us our order and going back to work HE made SURE I was okay! Obviously we both know I wasn't but he knew I was as okay as I could be at the moment. He was SO caring and kind I feel like he should be The Employee of the month every month! Thank you Dallas for being such a kind, courteous, and just genuinely amazing person! You helped me with your kind words more than you'll ever know during this hard time my family is in!“
