“Last night I went right before close due to getting out of work late and I am very picky with how I want my food which is cook to order. Kirsten and the manager last night were everything. They were so nice and I appreciate them so much just for being nice and not making me feel like I was a burden. I was really hungry so it meant so much I couldn’t forget to write a great review. They all deserve a raise or something free employee meal. Or just whatever they want lol. “

“Wife and I went at 8:55 on a Sunday and the food was amazing. Burgers tasted just as good as ones we grill at home. While when you look at the menu you are like $13 to build a burger, ok not bad. But then the burger has 2 thick patties and I was very happy with the price. Bogo burgers when we went. $22 total for both my wife and I. Highly recommended. Friendly staff and amazing food!“

“Culver’s bay rd is by far the best location. We are regulars and treated very well. We always feel welcome when we walk in the door. Even if my ice cream order is complicated. The managers go above and beyond…. This is the place we pick in town above anywhere else . Not for the food but for the employees.“

“We love Governor’s Quarters - a ton of beer choices and cocktails. We love the homemade chips, the Liberty Bell (Philly) and the Italian steak sandwich. Nice, chill vibes, never disappointed here.“

I think our server's name was Mario (sorry if I am mistaken, I remember faces better than names, but he is a handsome gentleman with stars on his neck), and he was very polite and attentive! We ordered the 2 for $25 and was so much food we had to leave with multiple boxes in leftovers. Overall well worth the visit!“

“Love all of the vegan options! Our favorite is the Thai peanut wings and BBQ chicken pizza. They did just switch to all vegan pizzas having a thin crust which is very disappointing since their normal crust was one of our favorites. This is our splurge spot because it can be pricey.“

“I am from Traverse City, and stopped in while visiting my mother. She and I had a wonderful experience there. The food was fantastic and affordable. What really made our night was the service. Our server was Emily. It is rare to find people who care that much about their craft. She was exceptional and I will be back soon! Thank you so much for such a great experience!“

“We ordered drinks then 2for 35 bourbon street chicken n shrimp. Also mozzy and onion rings. My son ordered a bacon burger, his gf ordered crispy chicken sandwich and my other son ordered wings and cinnamon desert buns? Everything was deliciousness except my chicken and shrimp was way to spicy 4 me but hubby ate it all so I guess it was good. Our waitress was so awesome to have put up with us lol. Ty love our Applebee's

Parking: We've never had a problem handicap parking. The apps are great but they need some stuffed mushrooms. And maybe a roll or some bread with their dinners.“

“Drove 2 hours up to try, didn't disappoint at all. Absolutely slammed there. Drive in style outside, inside is set up like old fashioned burger joint. Staff were very friendly and fast despite being super busy. Food was hot, fries were crispy. It is cash only but we understand why, we own a business and card fees are absolutely ridiculous right now. Bring cash with you. We loved it there and will be returning again and again.“

“I made a LARGE order online for a work lunch for 8 people and then went to pick up in the drive through. They were SO quick, got everything right, and I had food in my hands in less than 15 minutes. They didnt even forget a sauce! This is my favorite burger king in the Saginaw area and I appreciate the crew for doing a good job :)“

“We’re on a girls trip from Ohio. Went through the drive thru to keep moving fast. They were slammed! The guy who helped us was named Cory. He was exceptionally friendly and positive. We sat outside to eat and listened to him greet every single car pleasantly and happily. Awesome attitude Cory! I own a restaurant and employees who stay positive even during the slammed times are diamonds in the rough. Keep it up with yo bad ass!“

“Wendy's Bay City, MI is completely ridiculous. They find it appropriate to block the entire drivethru with their delivery truck. THE WHOLE ENTIRE DRIVETHRU. The doors are locked so you cannot even order your food. I waited 20 minutes for that truck to move. When I finally got to order the manager had the audacity to tell me that I didn't wait, that I had not just waited 20 minutes. The customer service here is the worst out of all of the fast food restaurants down Euclid. I WILL NOT BE BACK. They need to learn to service their customers and not call their customer's liars.“

“Well.. there is one elderly lady that I seem to always get when I order. She tries so hard to work the register. She has difficulty with the app code. Every time. But she is so nice. She tries so hard. That I was not annoyed and neither was anyone else. She wants to work. I bet you she's there everyday. Isn't she? Kudos to her. It was a good experience. No irritation on the part of her coworkers either. I bet she gets along with everyone.
So... I Give her five stars.“

“I came here with my parents with a bit of uncertainty after reading all the reviews, but I can say for sure that we had a really great experience here. Our waitress (didn't get her name) was very nice and checked on us often to make sure we had everything. The food was also very delicious (look at the pictures). If we ever go through this town, I'd definitely return here again!“

“This is the best McDonald’s we ever had. Came out to visit bay city for the weekend and stopped by for lunch really quick which was amazing. The service was fast, the fries and burgers were hot and the best we’ve ever ate at a McDonald’s franchise, the manager deserves a raise!“
