“This store is our favorite KFC the staff are very friendly , they greet you with a smile and even when there very busy they still do there best to handle every customer in a short time line . I have never experienced any food that wasn't good . I highly recommend this KFC store .“

“What a great place! The food is “Off the Charts GOOD“! Nothing fancy - just your neighborhood Pub atmosphere. This was our 3rd time going in within a month and everything our family ordered was delicious. The owner is hands on and the service has been excellent. Thank you we will be back 😊💕“

“I was not expecting to find this gem while traveling through Bay City! Tons of vegan options on the menu and what we ordered was so yummy. We had the Green Lantern burger, BBQ chkn pizza and Thai peanut cauliflower wings. Creative and delicious food, will definitely be back if in the area. FYI they close during the day between 2-4pm (listed on their Facebook page but not on their website or Google info), so be aware when planning your visit. Updated from previous review on 2026-07-13“

“I enjoy buffalo wild wings, this one is no different. But sometimes it can be hard to enjoy it. The food is always pretty good, the atmosphere even when busy is enjoyable, but its the service thats hurts the experience. The servers are always pretty nice but I will order something and it ends up coming 20 to 45 minutes later, which when busy makes sense but it happens every time even when the orders are pretty simple, they on a regular basis get orders wrong, which usually isn't a problem cause the servers are nice enough to fix it free of charge, but it gets annoying when it happens every other time you go. Im not saying its a bad restaurant but it needs some things to be fixed once these things are fixed they could definitely be one of the best around. So all in all good food great atmosphere just not great service. There is also gluten free buns, unlike anywhere near by, probably the only location I know of.“

“Ok here is the deal....It is a typical little Ceasars...which means good food fair price. However I really think they could do better. Especially on taking orders. They always seem distracted when on phone, and you have to yell so they can hear and understand. That being said I received the wrong pizza, ordered deep dish thick crust....I received a stuffed. This happens about 15% of the time while ordering here. And it is totally a phone issue. Doesn't happen when we order and wait.“

“We order the Game Day Pack, which is for 4-6 servings for pickup. We got there early and the employees couldn't find the game day pack on their menu. We had to show him the order on our phone so he could fill the order. He got it order together and we left. We got home and everything was good except our sides were only for a single serving. This was our fourth time here, one order was for a wedding so it was a bit disappointing this time in“
