Gail the cashier was completely rude!!! Had an attitude!! I will not be going back to this one ever!! The other krogers on Euclid is sooo much better and nicer!

This is directed at the Essexville Kroger. Customer service and management is completely incompetent. My newborn had to have her formula changed. My wife went to return some of the kind we couldn’t use anymore and was denied the return. It was unopened, with a receipt, in a Kroger bag, with a Kroger sticker on the side of it and was purchased three weeks prior to the return attempt. She was told “Go see if DHS can help you” inferring that we were on welfare or something...read full review
