“i bought 4 loaves of this good bread today. i was riding in with a group and when we were leaving my buddy asked if i got some...i said no but i am now. they all left me while i went right to her and bought some. i didnt care that i missed riding with my buddys. i came home and tried the flavors i bought witch were the apple fritter, strawberry shortcake, smores, and the cinammon roll. i cant decide whats my favorite. oh well....i didnt get fat on accident! you have a very good thing going here. keep it going, tastes awesome. ill be back eventually to get more from ya.“

“Ebels is an iconic general store. In fact, it is one of the main attractions of Evart Michigan. Worth a two hour drive and fun for the whole family. But one tragedy befalls this beloved store. The cheese in stock was not Sarjento brand. Sarjento cheese, as many know, is the epitome of class and high end charcuterie. We needed some fancy cheese to impress our in law’s parents and had to settle for Dutch Farms pre-sliced extra sharp cheddar and individually wrapped pepper jack sticks. Turns out, the in laws didn’t even notice that we brought cheese so we didn’t end up needing Sarjento and that is why I am rating five stars. We still highly recommend adding Sarjento cheese to your stock for any others who may be in a similar situation. Otherwise this is a stupendous store. We will be happily reminiscing about our time here for years to come. 12/12 :)

It’s a quiet afternoon at home and as my sister is making a bagel, I thought I’d pop in to give a little update:
This establishment could literally not get any better. After our review, they added Sarjento cheese to their stock. I was late to my family reunion because I had to stop here on the way to buy Sarjento cheese, and an Ebel’s hat. I wear this hat every time it is sunny out, which lately has been a lot since October in Michigan goes from being rainy one minute, and sunny the next. I keep it in my car for every time the weather changes, and think of this store’s lovely Sarjento cheese every time I wear it. 13/12 :)“
