“We go here now and then for ice cream, sometimes burgers. The food is always very good. Service is usually very good also. Howeveer, today (January 11, 24) at about 3:00pm for burgers and ice cream for a truck with 4 people and a dog. My boyfriend went to the window to place our order, waited 5 minutes and though we were the only ones there at that time, nobody ever came to the window to take the order. There were open signs on and open flags blowing outside, but he never did get served. No one ever came to help him. We left and found somewhere else to go where we were taken care of right away.“
