“Love this small home town convenience store. They have a great selection of some excellent beverages. Never know if they will have a rare find bourbon. Don’t see what you are looking for? Ask, they may be able to order one in for you! They do that!! How do you beat that? You don’t! Hungry? Order one of their foot long Italian subs!! Best I have had north of Detroit. Young lady that makes the best, is local. She has a gift! I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the staff. Bill is one of the staff and you don’t get a friendlier person to deal with, bar none.”

“It’s true: they DO have amazing bread, flaky croissants, and a wide variety of delectable desserts! What I want to review is the dessert and cake they created for my wedding. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My wedding cake was a 10 inch banana with an almond 8 inch layer on top. It was beautiful and honestly was some of the best cake I’ve ever eaten! It was moist and had REAL flavor. They also catered all the desserts for our wedding. We had 250 mini desserts. (Cherry pie, pecan pie, key lime pie, strawberry shortcake, turtle cheesecake and peach cheesecake) We had soooo many compliments! Our guests were pleased with so many choices. Many made several trips for more. Lastly, they delivered and set up the desserts free of charge. I didn’t see the results until AFTER I was married and came into the reception hall. Imagine my delight when I saw it was done exquisitely!!! I could not possibly have been any more pleased with their product or services. Everything was done to perfection.”

“This is more of your classic bar with some food options. Fun decorations and clean. Had several TV showing sports and the waitresses/cook/bar tender was very nice. Not sure how it would work if it was busy 🤔 we ordered the wings 8 for like 6 they were okay for the micro kitchen they have. I'd go back and have a drink maybe try thier coney dog on the weekend.”

At the end of the day, it's a fast-food sub shop. The subs are about the same quality you would expect from a fast-food restaurant—not amazing or exceptional, but convenient and consistent.”

I travel all over the U.S. and Canada for work and have been to more McDonald’s locations than I can count. I didn’t go inside this one, just used the drive-thru, but even from that, I could tell this place runs differently.

It was the peak of the lunch rush. They were slammed. But the line moved fast, the order was right, and everything flowed without a hitch. It honestly felt like this is how McDonald’s is supposed to work.

I also noticed the employees seemed calm and even happy, which says a lot about how things are run behind the scenes. I believe this might be a family-run location, and if so, McDonald’s corporate should really take a look at what they’ve built here. It stood out in the best way.”
