We waited behind three cars for 20-25 minutes in the drive-thru to get our food. There then wasn't even an apology from the staff when we did get up to the window for our food.
They were doing construction at the drive thru area so had to go inside to order.
It seems the trend these days at McDonald's is to go with kiosks and tiny lobbies with limited front counter help. McDonald's is slowly killing itself.
