I bought 2 turkey sandwiches then I ask if my sandwiches could be put in a bag. They told me the bags are right there. So I had to reach across the counter to bag my on food. Then, after bringing my food home, the sandwiches barley had any meat on them. I'll never return. Also, I gave a TIP. That's why you should never tip before your service is complete.

Hours are wrong, they always just close early....? Returned a missed call from them after putting in an online order, but they put me on hold for 5 minutes before they could tell they were closed. Lol what were they so busy doing IF they were closed. Just stupid all around.

was not satisfied! supposed to be freaky fast delivery! its been 40 minutes and i am 6 minutes away. called in and spoke with someone that stated that there aren't any drivers! so why take my order for delivery? Communication was not there.

I have never in my life been so humiliated. When I began to order my food and ask questions about the menue the guy at the register became irritated red in the face and flustered with me. I explained that I have not been here and needed to know what was on my sub due to a medical condition he was so reuse I excused myself from the business and will not recommend anyone to spend their hard earned money at a place that treats the customers like our money doesn't pay their salaries. Run hide and never look back.

I app order here a lot and they are consistently good and have been for a long time. Sure there's the occasional snag, but they are really fast, friendly, and importantly consistent and reliable. Lots of other places have struggled recently, but this location and JJs broadly have been really good.

I wanna give a special shout out to this location and it's best sandwich maker Chrissy she is the queen of sandwiches. Every time I come in here, she remembers my order, which, in itself is a huge bonus and very impressive, considering the amount of business that this place gets, not only that but she is more than willing and happy to accommodate any unusual sandwich requests such as mine. I love mustard and I want extra extra of the Jimmy mustard and Dijon mustard on the bread which some people kind of give me a little weird look for but no not Chrissy she's like hey I am all for it and slathers that up to the perfect level. I'm so happy with the way that she makes sandwiches and most importantly the other part is that her customer service skills are fantastic. Such a lovely personality and someone who loves their work! Kudos to you Crissy
Truly heart warming experience today that earned my loyalty. I needed to quickly send a thank you meal to medical staff that assisted my daughter, while hospitalized, before shift ended. The nurses shared they loved Jimmy John's, and received orders quickly. The closest location was closed. This manager deftly helped me put together an order for 15 and got it out lickety split. I can't thank them enough for going above and beyond.

Prepared a light meal at the park with some friends. We had our chips, drinks, and fruit the only thing that’s missing is our sandwiches from Jimmy John. Jimmy John’s location on 12 mile and Orchard Lake closes at seven we went at 6:35 and the door was locked. Now, we have to re-plan our whole meal strategy what a disappointment! Thank you Jimmy John’s.From a customer service standpoint it’s very unprofessional and unacceptable to close before your designated time unless you had an extreme emergency. In which case you should put a sign on the door stating we are closing early due to an emergency but that didn’t happen in this case.

Freaky fast. They held up to their catch phrase. My sandwich was done within seconds after I finished checking out. :) I only knocked one star off because some of the veggies tasted a day old. Not the end of the world, but a little disappointing, especially considering the commercials advertise freshly cut veggies the day of.I'll admit there's a chance they could've been cut that morning and maybe the cooler just wasn't the right temp for the veggies. Who knows. Still edible.
