Inside Tip: When ordering food, be prepared for a wait to ensure it's hot and fresh. The food was amazing, and the chicken was crispy. However, if you're in a hurry, the warmer food is a good option. They do not mix their food to speed up the ordering process. Kudos to them!

This is my second time having Saroki's, first time at this location. I didn't try the chicken, got the loaded fries instead. They were fresh, and tasty, but there was hardly any chicken and too much sauce. Their pizza is okay, the service was good. They are a little pricey.

I recently did takeout from Saroki's Crispy Chicken in Farmington Hills, and I was impressed! The pizza had a perfect crispy crust, fresh toppings, and a delicious sauce that hit all the right notes. The fried chicken was equally amazing — crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor.

The service was fantastic, too — friendly and efficient. My order was ready on time, and the staff made the whole experience smooth and easy.

Highly recommend this place for both pizza and chicken. I’ll definitely be back!

I recently tried Saroki's Crispy Chicken & Pizza at Farmington Hills Locations after they installed a brand-new brick oven. Let me tell you — the difference is night and day! The moment I walked in, I could smell the rich, smoky aroma of the gas-fired pizza, which immediately set my expectations high.

Atmosphere:
The new brick oven really adds to the rustic, cozy feel of the restaurant. The open kitchen lets you see the chefs working their magic, adding an extra touch of excitement to the dining experience.

The Pizza:
As for the pizza itself, the brick oven has definitely elevated the flavor. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside, with a soft, chewy interior that holds up wonderfully under the toppings. The char from the oven gives the pizza a slightly smoky, crispy edge, which I love. The ingredients taste fresh, and the sauce is flavorful without being too overpowering.

I tried the [name of your favorite pizza], and it was a masterpiece. The cheese was perfectly melted, the pepperoni was crispy, and the balance of toppings was spot on. I also appreciated that the pizza wasn’t greasy, which can sometimes happen with less-quality ovens.

Service:
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the pizza arrived hot and fresh in record time. They’re proud of their new oven, and they should be!

The new brick oven at Saroki's Crispy Chicken & Pizza is a game-changer. If you’ve been a fan of their pizza in the past, you’ll be even more impressed with the upgrade. I’m already planning my next visit — it’s hard to go back to regular pizza once you’ve tasted something from a brick oven!

First let’s talk about the service, I truly feel if the service isn’t good it ruins my opinion on the food. I went here and got the opportunity of meeting the lovely owner, he is truly a nice guy with a very warm spirit. I explained it was my first time here and he gave recommendations that I actually appreciated. I decided on getting the 4 piece tenders with potato wedges and a BISCUIT. Honey let me tell yall bout the biscuits!!! They are so good, they aren’t dry at all and I believe they have a honey glaze to them…if I’m wrong please correct me but they are good. The tenders and wedges are always seasoned sooo well, I have been back multiple times since trying. The atmosphere is cool, it’s a gas station…a clean one, but a gas station. However even though it’s a gas station, they make sure to keep the area in front of their location clean which I appreciate, especially since I’m ordering food. Comes down to it, definitely would recommend, if you haven’t tried it try it today the food is great and the employees are super sweet!

I signed up for their rewards and they gave me $3 off coupon so I was like cool lets try it. I got the two piece white combo with mashed potatoes. I ordered it online so that it would be ready when I got there but arrived about 10-15 minutes and it wasn’t ready yet. While I waited, I ended up getting a slice of supreme pizza which was not good at all. It looked and tasted old. It looked old when I ordered but I just assumed they a little warm up process to bring it back to life. The chicken was decent. Not the best in the world but not nasty at all. The mash was cool. Not in a rush to go back but I wouldn’t count them out.

First time here and the customer service was wonderful.. the chicken was good, crispy & fresh but it was a little to salty..The pizza was amazing, probably the best pizza I ever had. I can’t wait to try other things on their menu.

This chicken is authentic, not fake stuff and it's the best chicken in town hands down, I only have one complaint and that is that the chicken is spicy, I wished they made a regular chicken strip that was not spicy. I love it so much that the spice kills me Everytime because I will still eat it but if they could make their tenders not spicy that would be great. And their biscuits are to die for!!!!! The food here is just amazing regardless.
