Wendy's in Farmington Hills

“My friend occasionally goes to Wendy’s for dinner. She enjoys chicken nuggets and french fries. Sometimes I go along but never order anything. Young female counter attendant never greets us, smiles or thanks us. Very uncomfortable and awkward. Friend mentioned last two visits same counter attendant greeted her, smiled and thanked her. For my friend it makes all the difference in the world. She has forgiven and forgotten counter attendant’s past rudeness and unfriendliness. Treats her with respect and kindness. Nice for my friend to receive it in return.

Last night we both ordered only a frosty. Counter attendant (Michael) nice young man. Welcoming, friendly and eager to please. Made our little treat so much more enjoyable. Thank you…“

“I never ate inside. I make sure to ask them to make my burgers fresh. My husband asks for fresh everything and I've never been given a no response or was given attitude as I get in other fast food drive thru. I LOVE the special frosty flavors they come out with different times of the year especially the salted Carmel and Berry. I wish Wendy's would consider keeping a few different selections on their menu at least year round then switch up if they have to. Maybe I'm the only person or one of the few that likes their special edition frosties. To be honest when they don't have a special flavor on the menu I never order a frosty and even decrease the amount of trips I make there in general.“
