“Tried the Thalappakatti Chicken Biryani and it was really good! The flavors were delicious and the biryani was definitely worth trying. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is spacious with a nice ambiance, making it a great place to dine with family or friends. They also offer catering orders, which is a great option for events and gatherings. Overall, had a really good experience!

“literally my favourite restaurant ever. i grew up in the area and would get a few rolls (both the dragon and spider rolls are phenomenal) and an order of gyoza for delivery a few times a month. i've lived in nyc for a few years now and still haven't found a place that comes even remotely close to making me as happy as so moon does, this place is the real deal“

“Absolutely best and highest quality Chinese food that I know of. This isn’t your typical “Chinese Restaraunt”. You’ll find no buffet or anything of that sort here. Impeccable interior, with the added plus of the Jia Bar Connected and owned by the same owners. Stop and have a craft cocktail at Jia then 10 steps into the China Cafe through the door and be prepared for a fantastic experience! Owners are absolute gems as well.“

“Ordered the tofu basil fried rice. The medium spice was truly medium (to me), and I liked how they used full basil leaves instead of just basil seasoning. The cold cucumber slices were also a nice addition, as it has a nice cold refreshing contrast to the hot rice, and helps cut down on that spiciness that starts to build after a while. I also felt the portion size to lunch price was fair. Customer service was friendly, as well.“

“I made a reservation for 7:15pm. But they just put us in line itregardless of the time for the reservation. So by 745pm they had sat a number of people who came in after and before us but were on their guest list rather then the open table. By 7:50pm I just ended up leaving“

“We have heard a lot about this chain never really stopped by until today. The place was quiet probably because of the Memorial Day weekend. The store is big with booths and plenty of tables. Everything seems to be self served after you place your order. We ordered spicy tofu and chicken wings. Both were pretty tasty and flavorful. Price is a bit expensive. Service was good. She actually brought us our food. The only thing that we didn't like was to put away our dishes afterwards. I wish they would use disposable bowls and plates to ease the cleanimg. Overall, it's worth trying.“
