Food was fine, but they do not cook the burger a second over medium rare. That's an improvement from the ladt time i was in and the center was still cold. The bacon Jam was the highlight of the burger.
The service was pretty poor, we had Ruben (at least that is what the receipt indicated) he was very quite and after our initial seating and a quick can I get you anything but water disappeared for 10+ minutes. He came back around 6:02 which was too late for the happy...

Service was pretty poor. We were a work group which came in on a Wednesday afternoon and were the only ones for a long time.

They took almost an hour to service our order. A few of our colleagues were informed that there was no falafel available 30 minutes after they placed the order!

What a Gem!!! Our first time here and it was Amazing!!! We did the build our own burgers and split it, Thank Goodness!!! The littles LOVED the tater tots!! Highly recommend this place!! Will definitely be back!! (Be sure to buy the staff a round as well, they totally deserve it!) Can't wait to be back!
