“We love this bakery! All their treats are 🔥. I especially love the cheesecake and cupcakes. We ordered both our baby shower cakes from here and everyone loved them. I don’t care for a super sugary frosting, theirs is perfectly smooth, the cake is extremely moist. We wanted a pretty basic design but they definitely get a lot more intricate if you want.“

“I had the beef brisket along with a side of baked beans and Mac and cheese. Loved the beans which were tangy and had some nice heat. Really liked the brisket moist & juicy. I thought the Mac and cheese was only good. The BBQ sauces where great to sample. I was divided between which one was beat. It was either the SC mustard or the apple with the vinigary NC a close third choice No room for desert. Solid craft draft beer deli toon. Service was very good (shout out to Christina)“

The staff was friendly, upbeat, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. You can feel the positive energy the second you walk through the door—they greet you with a smile, ask questions about your order, and make you feel like more than just a customer. Now let’s talk about the cake batter ice cream… WOW. This is hands down my favorite flavor, and Cold Stone has absolutely perfected it. It’s rich, smooth, and tastes exactly like fresh cake batter—but even better. I paired it with cookie dough and rainbow sprinkles, and it honestly felt like I was eating dessert in heaven. The texture is always perfect, and the way they mix in your toppings right on the cold stone is pure magic. I’ve been to other Cold Stone locations before, but this one in commerce takes the crown. Clean store, fast service, and they actually take the time to get your order just right. If you’re craving ice cream and want the best of the best, this is the only place to go. “Ran in 5min before closing and was still greeted with a smile and excellent service. This was my first time visiting the Southfield location. There were a few people already in the store lingering but already served. The young lady complemented my earrings. I appreciated the kind gestures and the fact she looked at me. She took my order and commenced to making my strawberry blonde (Love It size). It's genuine customer service that has me return to certain franchise locations. If your quality of product is good but your customer service is awful it's a hard no for me but if both are good consider me a fan. I will return and patronize this location verses downtown which is closer where service can be a hit or miss.“
