Imagine my disappointment when picking up my lunch order of sweet-and-sour chicken and fried rice. I was not told on the phone that this fried rice would be a separate order and cost. This was a lunch I had 20 minutes to eat and no refrigeration for leftovers. I spent $37 for sweet-and-sour chicken and fried rice and what was supposed to be an egg roll but ended up being a spring roll. I had to waste the rest due to not being able to refrigerate it. I don't think my order was understood on the phone and I was not given a total before the person taking the order hung up. The food was decent, especially the rice, but the packaging of the sweet-and-sour chicken was very messy and I am now wearing it all over my clothes from just opening the lid. It would be nice if the sweet-and-sour sauce was in a separate container and not gushing out the sides. To the management, please let people know if fried rice is a separate price than the meal because I was not made aware of this. Also the chicken was a bit rubbery!

We've enjoyed Hong Hua's cuisine tremendously in the past, so we ordered for a family dinner at home. Couldn't wait to enjoy the Peking Duck. But all we got in our carry out order were about 24 medallions of meat, nowhere near a full order of Peking Duck and nothing like what you get served in-house. Everywhere else we've gotten this dish, we get served the entire duck. Very disappointing. We were told that we had to ask if we wanted the whole duck. Our assumption is that when you order a duck you get a duck, as we've gotten at other restaurants.

This place is amazing. The food is sooo good. The staff are amazing & wonderful. I will forever return. It's beautiful on the inside. So clean. Best Chinese food I've had in a long time. We spent 120 dollars for 2 people.

At the moment, this is my family's go-to for chinese food, so it's safe to say that we like their food. The service and ambience is great as well. However, the one downside is that you have to explicitly ask for no MSG when ordering, as most of their dishes include MSG.

We got Carryout and it was terrible. No flavor I was surprised because so many people say they love the food but we were bummed and won’t be going back.

Food was very good, a kind of slightly tweaked authentic cuisine. Portions on the small side, prices on the high side. Sea bass tasted great but not a big portion and rice is purchased separately. Serves not super attentive but not bad.

If you are looking for upscale Chinese food, Hong Hua is the place to go. My family had dinner at Hong Hua tonight and we were all very impressed with everything! The food was incredible, the ambiance was excellent and the service was attentive and efficient. I am always on the hunt for a good, meat/pork-free Hot & Sour soup and Hong Hua's is delicious. I tried the ABC and veggie lomein and both were outstanding. We will definitely be back!

Disappointed my Uber eats delivery -Sweet and Sour chicken didn't have the Sweet and Sour on the side. Threw away the entire container-chicken was soggy.

I was here with a group of 6 of us. My friend's wife is Chinese and took it upon the group to order for the table. Let's just say there was a lot of duck on our table. Duck isn't usually my favorite food items and I think there were probably a lot of other dished that would have been suitable for the group to share. It definitely didn't help that most of our dishes were made of duck, which I am not a huge fan of since it's generally fatty. It was fatty and skin on, another turn-off for me. The food was so-so, nothing special to write about. Service was good though, then maybe it was because our friends were regulars?

FINALLY some good Chinese food in Michigan! There certainly isn't much to choose from near Ann Arbor where I live but I'm so glad we ventured out to try the Peking duck here because it was truly excellent. You're able to choose from having your leftover duck made into lettuce wraps, fried rice, or soup, and possibly other alternatives but those were the ones that I caught on to. We chose to do lettuce wraps which was the perfect way to offset the crispy fatty skin of the duck. We also ordered the shrimp and scallop with snow pea leaves along with some Yang Cheow fried rice which were also good but the duck was certainly the star of the show. The atmosphere of the restaurant feels high end and the service strives toward that experience as well, which we really appreciated. We will be back!!

It was our first time here, and once we were seated we had an impatient waitress. Our chicken lettuce wrap appetizer came and we got brown lettuce. The food came quick which was a plus, but it was absolutely disgusting. Either there was no flavor in one meal or too much sauce in the other.
