My wife bought home take out from fenton firehall tonight the total was $95.00 and wasn't nearly enough food for 2 people. The ribs were supposed to be a half rack for $23 and wasn't even a 1/4 rack. The brisket was $21 and wasn't even 6oz of meat. I'll never eat here again and never refer anyone to eat here. Stay away.
This is a must stop for anyone visiting the area. The staff is always friendly and quick to serve. The building is an old firehouse and has a great design to it. The food and drinks are wonderful.
I think the food was fine, no complaints there. Having said that, the water tastes horrid, and there's nothing other than coke products if you want something other than beer or booze. You'd think they'd perhaps spend a few bucks on filtration to remove the poor taste of the city supply. Perhaps a minor quibble, but it's the things you observe first that make an impression.
