Live locally. Brought 10 people for dinner. Service was great in beginning and it took a very long time for main food to come and it was cold. It was not busy at all so not sure what happened.
Food is always tasty and prices are reasonable....even though the current menu does seem higher. Enjoy the staff. Would like a little more light. Recently had the fish dinner. Two of us ordered it and surprisingly is was very fishy and should not be for a white fish. My husband's pasta dish was over powering with green pepper. Fenton hotel is always a great experience! I have been going there for years and it has always been consistent with its great food and service. It also features a warm and cozy 19th century interior especially in the bar. In addition, they offer music Thursday through Sunday evenings. What's not to like!
