I ordered ONE sub via the app and was supposed to pick it up at 11:23am. I ended up waiting 30 MINUTES for my sub to be done and left with my sub around noon. People were coming into the store and ordering multiple subs before I got mine. The worst part is that my sub was done the ENTIRE time, and the staff was so unorganized they didn't even realize it. I wish I could give this review zero stars, because this location doesn't deserve a single star.
No high chairs. They claim it’s “because of everything going on they aren’t allowed to.” Every other place we have been has been very accommodating for children. We won’t be back.
Outstanding experience. We stopped in because our 6 yr old daughter who is currently extremely immunocompromised and requires sandwiches to be as fresh as possible was craving a sandwich. After my husband explained our situation and request, the Jersey Mike’s team then explained their freshness policies to us and proceeded to make us the best fast sandwiches ever!
