we ordered extra crispy and received regular. It was barely warm, undercooked and soggy. It was a pick-up order so didn't realize your mistake until we got home. ended up putting chicken in the air fryer to finish cooking it. Also, there was like a teaspoon of gravy on the mashed potatoes. Won't be eating KFC for a very long while.
Did they CHange their number ? I’ve been. Trying to call but the line is busy.
First ... I didn't receive a receipt, so I can't call or message a complaints line.
Second, I ordered a 5 piece tender meal and received 3 tenders, 2 nuggets, and a half container of fries... fries so hard that they could break a tooth.
