First and last visit to this place last night. Food was okay. Chef splashed cleaning water into my husband’s food- just said “oops” We told both the waiter and the chef it was my husband’s birthday- they said “happy birthday”- no special anything. Our waiter asked us what the chef did for his birthday. We told him- his response was “lame”. However… the chef at the table next to us sang “Happy Birthday “ to someone at that table. Ours was so caught up with the baby (who was adorable) on the other side of the table. $160 for three people- a lot of money for a total let down. Definitely 💯 will not be back.

I have never eaten at the Fenton location, but I have been calling for days, trying to make reservations for a large (10) party. No answer...Are they still open? I finally got through by calling in the evening. When I said I wanted to make reservations, I was told they don't take reservations! Not even for large parties (10)? Nope walk-ins only. I told them we would not be dining there!!! Crazy way to run a business.

Haven’t been here in a couple years since moving away so was excited to get it again. 22$ for lunch meal and the portion was certainly smaller than ever and no veggies? Super salty & greasy and over done steak. You hate to see it happen

Very slow service and the food was very mediocre. It is looking a little dingy and run down inside. I was surprised when I ordered a side of noodles…$9 seems a bit pricey. We won’t be back.

Called since 1pm—phone must be decorative. Not sure if they’re running a restaurant or a ghost town. If you’re hungry, better off yelling your order into the void. At least the void might answer.
Upon arrival from the back entrance we heard loud laughter and talking, thinking it was the hibachi patrons enjoying we were excited. Nope it was no less than 5 employees yucking it up looking at their phones and having a good time. We wouldn’t have had a problem with it except there were dirty dishes and an uncleared surface on the hibachi area next to us. The floor was dirty with food and trash strewn about. Our grill was not very clean nor the area around it.
The steak(fillet ) was chewy. I didn’t complain to him I just wanted to get out of there. My stomach turned when I saw how filthy your establishment had become.
Far different from times past. Won’t be back. The server was pleasant but that means nothing when your food is presented on a garbage can lid. Shame on you.

Love Saganos. You NEVER leave hungry. I get the KING steak and Double noodle. Omg so good. The soup and salad are excellent. Place is kinda loud so if you have very young children be aware of that. They don’t take reservations. Tables are for 8 people. They have several locations and I’ve been to them all and they’re all always busy. We stopped going to the linden road location because it’s always packed and the lobby is small and every time we go smells like weed. Fenton and Clarkston are better.

Chicken, Scallop Hibachi were both good. Also loved the soup. My salad was bad, so wet, 1” water in bottom of bowl. Large food portions, definitely leftovers. No wait on a Saturday at 7p. This location is nicer compared to the one on Linden Rd. Would return.
