Went in there this morning for a coffee on my way to work. There was a customer being incredibly mean and disrespectful (not usual from other times I’ve been here) and the manager and barista handled it VERY well. I would highly recommend this place for the fun and caring staff, as well as the good coffee! I always get an americano it’s super good :)

Was kind of frazzled this morning since I was running late to an appointment. But the folks here were so sweet and informative. I don’t live near a biggby and I haven’t gone to one since college. But had a great experience and the coffee/bagel was really good!!
