“Spicy braised pork with cheese corn is S tier! Makgeolli is well priced, comes in a big bottle, and is super tasty. Bonus points for the loud ambiance. You can bring your crying baby, and nobody will notice! Must try for anyone in the area.Vegetarian options: The cheese corn and complimentary Tteok-bokki mean you can share a night out pounding drinks and filling up on greasy food with your meat-eating friends!Parking: Clawson has free parking lots at every corner of the 14-mile/main intersection, as well as free street parking.Kid-friendliness: Restaurant has loud music and lights, which will either entertain or upset your child. If they are upset, the music will cover up their cries, and clawson is a family town, so nobody will care anyway.Wheelchair accessibility: Two tables are up a small set of chairs, all tables are at wheelchair height.“
“Great visit on a recent trip. My wife and I visited three other local breweries and really enjoyed our stop here. The beer was very good! The fried calamari and grits was incredible! Our bartender was very friendly and inviting. Enjoyed our conversation during our stay. Will definitely come back again.“
“Loved this place! Picnic tables outside, nestled in a neighborhood. Loved the concrete bar and industrial vibe. Big brown tufted leather couch in the back. Quiet spot on the Tuesday we went, but it gets lively closer to the weekend. A great spot w delicious beer. They also have coffee in beautiful glass containers. We had the pepperoni pizza and it was delicious! Great bartender!’ We will be back.“
“Tyler is a stellar bartender, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. The food was an absolute delight. The soft shell crab tacos are a great way to start your dining experience, don't forget a flight of their in house crafted beer or guest tap ciders. Perfect dinner date atmosphere. This is a Detroit must try!“
“Wow. What a great brewery! A very eclectic choice of beers that are not overpriced. This is a hidden gem of the breweries in Detroit. Can't wait for the weather to be nicer so I can sit on the patio. The beertender was fantastic and she deserves a 10“
“We went at a busy time (5pm) on Saturday 3/9/24. We only waited about 10 minutes for our table. The Server came over to us immediately and took our order. Despite it being very busy our food came out fast and it was perfectly cooked. The steak bites were the best I’ve had. The burger was super tasty and bun it came on held up like a champ (hate soggy buns). The truffle fries were also excellent and the Mac and cheese has an excellent crust on top yet tender noodles. It was just loud enough that no one could hear our daughter cry and yell a bit as she was scared of the antlers. Our server was a very pleasant young man with an excellent beard (Bonus points). He didn’t even write down our order which worried me but everything came out perfect. This will be our go to spot for family dinners out.Bill was great! $83 bucks for a burger, truffle fries, steak bites, Mac and cheese and 2 adult beverages.Kid-friendliness: Lots of other families with young ones in there made us feel more comfortable about having our 10 month old in there.“
“Love this place. Beer is just great tasting and love the look, actually looks like a good ole blue collar brewery. Did not have any food but hoping to get back and try it. Staff was great and it will become a definite place to get back to. Keep up the great job!“
“This was really a little hidden gem for us and the food was fantastic I got the Mediterranean pizza ? my friend got a burger ?be warned that the burgers are small very small but everything was delicious and made with excellence and the manager was such a great guy I love the whole place! going “
“I just love everything about this place. The food is ALWAYS delicious. A good selection of beer and cider, as well as a full bar. Plenty of TVs with any sport in you could hope for. Lots of seating. Sometimes a bit of a wait or takes a while for food to come out but I don't mind that here!“
“Great food with generous portions with house craft beers as well as a large selection of microbrews. No mention of brunch. Definitely worth checking out brunch on Sundays.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burgers, nachos can be ordered without a meat protein as well as a variety of salad options that are vegetarianDietary restrictions: Probably one of the best gluten free menus in metro Detroit with many options available without gluten.Kid-friendliness: Children are always welcome.“
“Went for Sunday brunch and a friend's birthday. The slooshies (Cranberry Peach Margarita) are great! My pulled pork mac n cheese was good too. It was a little bit of a wait for the food but it did not disappoint. It was my first time but I'll definitely be back.“
