Chipotle is slipping off. I ordered my food online so I wouldn't have to wait. There's is no sign for pick up orders. The shelf that was once used for pre orders is not being used. I had to stand at a service opening and wait for someone to acknowledge me. When they did I still had to wait to get my order. I ordered a bowl. When I got home some toppings were missing that I ordered and it looked like it was thrown together. The taste was not Chipotle that I was used too. Second time it's happened. You lost a customer.

Yeah.... This place is shockingly bad every time and worse each time it seems. The last time I went there they were out of some meats, cheeses, and veggies. The place was filthy. Contacted customer relations about the place and they said they would have someone get back with me... a month and a half later and no contact from anyone who cares about how bad this place is.... They got their money....

This place is the absolute worst. Staffing seems to be their issue. They seem to only hire individuals who have no service experience or sense of urgency about anything except a bathroom break. Never again!

I ordered two bowls 1 steak & 1 chicken and chips for $44.95 and only received the steak bowl. When I called to find out where the other ball was at, I was directed to a link to talk to Pepper. It took me three tries to let them know that I have not received my food. Pepper send me to Team member that came back and told me that I was getting a credit and a free burrito. I want my food now, so I can eat when I take my medicine that was the reason why I ordered. This is the worst place that I ever seen trying to place an online order. I will never ever place another online order here. A very frustrated customer at this point.

I often visit this place to have a chipotle sofritas bowl, and I must say that it is always prepared correctly. I highly recommend this particular dish. The service is good and quick, even if there is a long line, it decreases within a few minutes. However, the store itself is not typically tidy. There is trash on the floor, tables, straws, and plastic. Although it could be caused by customers, it stays there long enough that you would expect it to be cleaned.

Hands down the worst chipotle In the area. Has the best location geographically and always out of EVERYTHING!!! They don't plan around lunch rushes or anything. This is coming from a guy who goes here 3x a week minimum. I now drive 15 mins out of the way compared to 2 mins from my house from this location. They will say your order is ready then you get there..... "oh we didn't have the stuff" so why would you say the order is complete then..... makes 0 sense. Rude employees, literally a DUMB manager who also doesn't know how to plan around rushes of lunch and dinner and just says "we are out" like oh... so get someone on the grill and off their phones in the back. Absolute joke. I give people their flowers when deserved and don't just review negatively. But this place is hot garbage. I hope they lose money cause their customer care and attitudes are horrible. I hope ownership realizes how much their employees are failing them lol. This place will be closed in a year due to horrid workers and management.

Definitely the worst chipotle in America management is horrible, staff all like zombies! Extremely disappointing experience shut it down or find better management and staff! This place is bad for your mental health you will go there and it will be extremely depressing you will leave having a worst day than when you went inside it’s really that bad!

I wish there was a zero. My sons were in here two hours last time AFTER I ordered from home. Today, I ordered delivery and an entire entree was missing. They have you contact "Pepper" the robot who does NOTHING. I don't need a credit on my account, I need my food or my money. Called back to back, nobody answered. Tried to reorder, guess what? Has to be at least $10.... I'm NEVER going here again. They don't gaf. If I'm going to pay $50 for fast food it should be RIGHT! They use Pepper so that they can ignore people.

honestly idk… went in and spent at least 30-40 minutes in line as new employees were being trained WHILE making orders. this is no problem, but with the amount of customers and orders, i found it a little frustrating waiting in line for such a long amount of time.as for the food, it was fresh and flavorful, and i also got a healthy amount, but im a little concerned with the rice which was mushy and obviously over cooked. i ordered steak that ended up being mostly fat, so my bowl was mainly rice and beans with cheese.as for the store itself, it wasn’t all the cleanest. there was a huge pile of water near the door with a “caution; wet” sign sitting in the puddle which i find to be of no help.maybe im just used to qdoba but this was notttt all that…

I’m so sick of this chipotle. I order a salad online and they never giving the honey dressing with it. Like I wouldn’t even get the salad if I knew you didn’t have the dressing. I’d order something else. And if I come in and ask for it y’all are just really rude about it. Just tell us online that it’s not available so I can avoid the disappointment

Do not order online from this restaurant chain. When you arrive to pick up your order, you discover that they are out of almost everything you ordered (including chicken) and cannot issue a refund at the store. You are told to use the "pepper" option on their website for a refund. The system times out and you are not able to process the return. I discovered from talking to corporate Customer Service that you have 1 week to request the refund and no phone number to call. Here is the phone number to save you the headache and loss of your money. 833-860-0467 Update: My daughter did not get her meal or her refund.
