I get the meal delivery at home and it's a freaking godsend. I'm trying to lose weight and I really do better under a service like this where the food is delivered and there's no option for ordering DoorDash or anything. They deliver twice a week. I do 2-3 meals a day. All the food is healthy and fresh. Nothing is frozen. There's normally a good choice of different foods. The vegetables aren't just corn and broccoli. There's zucchini, asparagus, mushrooms, and peppers, etc. depending on the meal. The little touches like sweet potato hash browns for breakfast are great. I haven't had a bad meal and there are always plenty of options to fill my meals. This is the perfect thing to monitor your calorie intake. I freaking love it.

We waited 40 min for 2 sandwiches! There was one employee who was doing her best. The manager should have come in or close. Period . The sandwich was boring. Half slice of tomato, tiny bit of burnt fried onion, the chicken was okay. Oh well.

Don't want to pay for delivery? No problem, you are welcome to pick up your meals. Additionally, they offer choices for meal sizes so those of us who are trying to fit into our jeans can have standard sized portions, while growing teens can opt for larger sizes (at a small upcharge). I love that I can see the nutritional information, which is not usually offered by meal providers I've used before. There is also a good mix of chicken, beef, fish, and veggie options from which to choose. Lastly, I think their prices are very reasonable for the quality and portions.

Food was not very flavorful and bland. We stopped in as a walk in and the service was extremely poor and slow. We had to wait close to 30+ mins for two smoothies and a wrap. We wanted something healthy but at the speed of the service I could have cooked it at home faster!

Best meal prep in town! I have been using Clean Plates for my meal prep for about a 1.5 years. I have been very impressed with the quality of the meals and ingredients. All my meals have been fresh and there is a large variety to choose from. Their salads are absolutely on point!!! The salad dressing is amazing, my coworkers are always trying to steal my salads. As a busy working professional, it is really hard to find meals that are healthy and tasty. Clean Plates has met and exceeded my expectations, and is worth every penny. I had a computer glitch with my order, so I called their customer service. They answered the phone right away and they immediately worked to correct the issue. They even called me back later to make sure everything was still good. Finally, their meals are prepared with seasoning, so some meals may be a bit too spicy for some people. There are meals with less seasoning, just make sure you check the meal plan. There were some meals that I wasn't sure if I should order, like one of the African meals, but I was so pleased that I did. I would have never attempted to make it on my own, and this has added new favorites to my life. This meal prep is on the more expensive side of meal preparation plans, but you get what you pay for. Quality, quantity, and freshness, every single time. I am continuing my meal plan for the foreseeable future, nothing else compares to Clean Plates.

Highly recommend if you're looking for a fresh, healthy meal prep service. I typically don't mind preparing my own meals, but I recently had calf and foot surgery and was immobilized for two weeks. I don't like to depend on friends and family for help so I was looking for a way to remain as self-sufficient as possible... enter Clean Plates. They offered a good variety of weekly meal choices with vegetables, lean proteins and accompanying sauces. I can honestly say I enjoyed every dish they delivered. I especially liked any dish that featured their oven friend chicken breast. I wish I could get their recipe! The meals were delivered twice per week with helpful delivery updates. The drivers were friendly, too. I am so glad I found this place!

Small place, big quality. They have a simple menu. The fruit bowl my wife had was excellent. Fresh fruit with honey and nuts. My veggie sandwich was excellent also. All plates and utensils are disposable.
