Clean Plates Detroit is a true partner in your health. I appreciate that their prepared meals can be heated in the oven, not just a microwave. The flavor and variety of these freshly prepared meals is on point. Delicious.

You can select all kinds of preferences to help provide you the right nutrition l wanted low sodium meals and that was an option - and the food is delicious, nutrient dense (meaning really healthy) and well proportioned.

I have been using Clean Plates for around 4 years for lunches for myself and my husband. It saves me prep time and keeps us eating healthy. The food is always fresh and delicious with a great variety even when counting macros and managing food allergies. The subscription is so easy to manage, selecting my meals each week and pausing if we’re going to be out of town. It’s an amazing service all around!

Clean Plates is an amazing convenience that is healthy and protien packed. We have been ordering for our very elderly parents and they ENJOY the taste and variety! We agree, great choices, convenience and NOT over the top prices!!
