I get the meal delivery at home and it's a freaking godsend. I'm trying to lose weight and I really do better under a service like this where the food is delivered and there's no option for ordering DoorDash or anything. They deliver twice a week. I do 2-3 meals a day. All the food is healthy and fresh. Nothing is frozen. There's normally a good choice of different foods. The vegetables aren't just corn and broccoli.
