Was excited to try this place!!! First impressions were strong - the waiter’s assistant/hostess was very very nice and accommodating. Definitely noticed this and greatly appreciated how thoughtful they were. The Negroni was good! I would say they have solid cocktails. Food was just okay. I think for the price I expected more. Four of us went to dinner last night to celebrate a birthday and engagement. We did not. Have a reservation, so we had no expectations from the restaurant to do anything special, but to our surprise, they went all out!! The staff did everything to make the evening special from complimentary sparkling toast to a card. The food was exceptional and made fresh. From homemade pasta, bread , butters and desserts. Things a must experience.
Always a great experience! Coeur is an amazing addition to downtown Ferndale, we needed an elevated cuisine around here. Always blown away by the beautiful desserts! Tonight I had the branzino and crème brûlée and it was incredible.
