Great coffee shop and i come all the time. Was told to get an app to sign up for rewards. Listen! We are all app’d out! Even biggby coffee brought back the card for the reward points😉😉😉 please! The tiny reward you’re offering us would be nice to enjoy since i am a frequent customer. Thanks for having a beautiful coffee shop ❤️🤗

I have wanted to try since Blake's took over one of my favorite cupcake places. There is a city parking lot and parking structures in easy walking distance. If you want to eat there, they have some seating. Besides the cupcakes, you can find doughnuts, cookies, brownies, banana pudding. Choices of sandwiches that are made fresh while you wait.
I got selection of this months flavors, some normal and some trendy for trendy sake. They were the 2 bite size. I also got the banana pudding and a ham Sammy bagel sandwich. The sandwich was smaller than what you get at Panera or Einstein Bagels. But the banana pudding was some of the best I have had and much better than Westborn Markets. I might try a closer to home location again.

Super disappointed about the pumpkin cheesecake. I was looking forward to it all day and when I received it and tried to take a bite and it was in crumbles because of how cold it was so I suggest eating it at room temperature. I don’t know why I was expecting something more soft and flavorful. This normally doesn't happen when I come here. Staff was friendly.

Insanely overpriced. The pupcake is the size of a quarter. The cupcakes, at $5.34, are smaller than what you get at any grocery store. Don't waste your money here

Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to review the food because the customer service was so bad. The lady at the counter helped the two people in front of me and then went into the back and even after waiting over five minutes, she never came back out, although she saw us standing there waiting. My granddaughter was looking forward to trying the red velvet cupcakes and I wanted a few different ones, but unfortunately, this person didn’t want my business. I will never go back there and if you’re looking for a place with good customer service, find another location, the Ferndale location has horrible service.

I wish “customers” were able to vote for the monthly cupcakes as we are the ones buying. Bagels are always fresh and amazing, cupcakes fresh everyday but please chose better cupcake flavors for the months
