The cupcakes are so good! But every time I go the people in the register are so rude 🙃 They mess up my order, I just asked some questions cause I was new to the flavors. So sad cause its actually good.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to review the food because the customer service was so bad. The lady at the counter helped the two people in front of me and then went into the back and even after waiting over five minutes, she never came back out, although she saw us standing there waiting. My granddaughter was looking forward to trying the red velvet cupcakes and I wanted a few different ones, but unfortunately, this person didn’t want my business. I will never go back there and if you’re looking for a place with good customer service, find another location, the Ferndale location has horrible service.

I love this bakery don’t get me wrong but this years for the last 3 months their cupcake flavors has been so odd and off putting. I wish “customers” were able to vote for the monthly cupcakes as we are the ones buying. Bagels are always fresh and amazing, cupcakes fresh everyday but please chose better cupcake flavors for the months

We love this place for a quick coffee and ice cream date, however, not a fan of the 7 AM text messages so I had to unsubscribe. It might be a good idea to align your texting practices with TCPA regulations which generally restrict messages to after 8 a.m and before 9pm. I can’t be the only one that doesn’t prefer a 7:40 AM text on a Saturday morning about cupcakes 😀

This was one of the most lovely calming environment. I visited while in Detroit at the recommend from a real Detroit native!!!
We didn't have a chance to try the baked goods because nobody acknowledged us when walked in. There were two women behind the counter but they were both assisting one customer. One lady looked at us but didn't acknowledge us which was odd because I am a very large man and pretty hard to miss. Oh well, we guessed they didn't need or want our business.

Great food!!!, but service could be more welcoming I’ve been to this café a few times and the food is consistently excellent, fresh, creative, and clearly made with care. However, I’ve noticed that the staff often come across as unwelcoming or even dismissive, especially toward new customers. It creates an atmosphere that doesn’t quite match the warmth of the food itself. I really want to keep supporting this spot because the offerings are so good, but I hope the service becomes more inviting in the future. :(

The cupcakes are unique in flavor, but not too experimental. There’s no doubt in my mind that they are really good. The only factor keeping me from giving this place 5 stars is the “value” rating.
I just don’t think the cupcakes are worth >$2 a piece.
Everything about this place is good, but my only gripe is the pricing.

Cozy spot in downtown Ferndale. The people are very friendly and it's always really clean. Great selection of food, drinks, and lots of sweets! My favorite thing is being able to get cider and cider mill donuts all year long. Hot cider and a cinnamon sugar donut in winter is an amazing treat
