Detroit BBQ catered a recent EV Boat expo held at Stanton Yards. it is rare to get barbecue this well tended so far north. they pay attention, the ribs were tender, yet still juicy, the sausage double smoked, still not dry. most of the big name BBQ restaurants downtown have fallen off their game, shoving dry, tired meat across the planks; Detroit BBQ still delivers. 6 stars out of 5!
Some of the best brisket I've ever had - we keep going back, it's well worth the 1 hr drive for us. Service is top notch, food is excellent, we've used Detroit BBQ now 3 times for various parties (grad parties, etc) - and the brisket is ALWAYS the first thing to go! Their BBQ sauce is amazing as well.
We had Detroit BBQ Company cater our wedding and everything was amazing! The staff was quick, polite and attentive. The food was 10/10, every dish they had to offer was great. We are still getting compliments on how good the food was months later. We would highly recommend this place!
