The smoked turkey that we purchased for Easter was burnt throughout!!! And they say they don’t give refunds???? Who???? Seriously!!! I am so disappointed and disgusted with this Ferndale establishment I don’t know what to do!!!! Such poor customer service. I promise I will not patronize this store EVER AGAIN!!! I hope the owner reads this and contacts me!!! Margo Taylor is my name reach out-please!!!
Seriously….what is the point of ordering, paying & scheduling a pick up time just to stand in an absolutely chaotic line for over TWO hours past your pick up time. AND there’s no ability to cancel & get your money back. This is not rocket science. Someone from the store should come outside & begin to organize this mess. This is an annual occurrence (the holiday)…you’d think they’d have this routine down by now. Never again.
