Their daughter Ciara Jackson is so unprofessional she was supposed to provide a service for me & did it wrong. I still haven’t gotten my credit for my assignment and my class is over in a few weeks. I paid her a $115 dollars and she submitted it wrong and told me to pay her or she was calling my school and telling them I used her. However she’s a graduate of Michigan state and charges ppl to do their assignments. Which is just as wrong. But threatening to tell on me. Never fulfilled my assignment

Jackson's Five Star Catering was awesome at our celebration at the Event House. The food was delicious and the service was great. The guests really enjoyed the southern catfish so much, there was no fish left for the late arrivals. I highly recommend their catering service for large entertainment events.

The food for my 50th Birthday Party was so great! Everyone was so impressed with the presentation and customer service. We will definitely be back.

Just used them for my daughter’s baby shower. Dee in the office was so nice and efficient. Al made sure everything and everyone was happy and catered to for my event at the Event House. Everyone love the food. Thanks for great service.

The food was delicious, the service was impeccable. The constant communication with Dee making sure that everything was OK was A1.

Terrific food. We had them cater our wedding reception and got a BBQ buffet that included ribs, catfish, Mac and cheese, and even vegan options! All the food was delicious and we were so happy with the professionalism of the staff and the company. We highly recommend them for events!

🌟 Just had a spectacular Sunday late-night snack at the Detroit Jazz Festival courtesy of Jackson 5 Star catering! Hubby and I indulged in their delicious catfish and fries with a small lemonade - and it was absolutely amazing. The catfish was fresh, the fries were perfect, and the lemonade was just right - not too sweet. It was the fastest food truck meal we've had in a long time, leaving us with plenty of time to savor every bite before the next act hit the stage. Friendly staff accompanied by timely service. They have become our favorite go-to catering service! And as always, the food was great! The Mac n cheese, banana pudding, and mini sweet potato pies are brutally delicious! Highly recommend them, just be careful, you risk hurtin' yourself by eating so much!?

I attended the Ford fireworks yesterday at the Hart Plaza. I was a customer at their food truck and spent over Fifty dollars buying the chicken strips and fries dinners. The girl at the window proceeded to stack all three of my dinners on top of each other in baskets. I asked if I could get containers like everybody got before me. The owner told me that they have low inventory and now people who buy chicken tenders dinners only get baskets. THIS IS THE WORSE BUSINESS!!!!!!!

Really good food would recommend

Very disappointed! They have a concessions advertising fresh squeezed lemonade. There is nothing fresh about it. Tastes exactly like Minute Maid and it was warm. To top it off we paid $12 for it. Won’t be going back.
