I am a chef in Las Vegas and I booked the Plenti Pastas food truck for my family reunion. My experience was fantastic! Chef Shinia and her staff were professional, flexible and accommodated all of our families needs, including adding vegan options to our menu. The food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend Plenti Pastas for any catering and food truck service and we will most definitely be using their services again!
Chef Shinia and her crew are amazing. We booked her food truck for our family reunion picnic because a majority of our family were traveling from out of town. We had a small snafu with the park, which was on our part, but because Chef Shinia had all of her paperwork in order, the event and service worked out perfectly. The family LOVED the selections.
