We hired Ruckus Tacos to cater our daughter’s graduation party. The food was amazing!! We ordered the chicken, short rib and cauliflower tacos. They were all so delicious!! All of our guests loved the tacos as well. Jeremy was a pleasure to work with in planning the event. We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others!!

We attended a wedding event where they hired this company to provide the food. Staff were friendly and nice, and they were pretty accommodating as well when we mentioned that some of us were strictly vegan. They provided 3 different options for the tacos: 1) adobo grilled chicken, 2) beef barbacoa, and 3) chili lime cauliflower. I was fortunate to get to try all three, and surprisingly the one I liked the most was the cauliflower. My close second favorite was the chicken. Both the real meat options were good, but I would say the meat was a little more dry than I would ideally expect. For the side, we got to choose one of 3 options: rice, beans, or elote (which is a classic Mexican street food of corn on the cob charred on the grill, then slathered in a spicy and creamy chili, garlic, and Cotija cheese-spiked sauce). I went with the corn and it didn't disappoint. It had so much flavor. It was pretty awesome.

I have done two events with Ruckus Taco now and I cannot say enough good things about them and the food! My first event was 200 people and my second was 500. LARGE events. I heard so many positive comments about the food and service, myself being one of those people commenting! Hosting the event can be super busy I didn't even have time to sit down and eat. Jeremy gave my boyfriend tacos for me to make sure I had some. 10/10. If I could give more stars I would. Also great vegan and vegetarian options and excellent to work with. THANK YOU Ruckus!!

We had the pleasure of trying these tacos at a party, yesterday!!! (Congrats BOB) ⭐️ Had the Cheriso and Chicken Soft Shell DELICIOUS ? my daughter had the beef soft shell, she said it was GREAT! Chips & Salsa were a great addition, good spice on the salsa ? not too much ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The two fellas running the truck were very nice!!

We hired Ruckus Taco for an event over the summer and hired them again for our wedding this past weekend. Jeremy and his team were great to work with. Not only were they on time and friendly, they were respectful of all dietary restrictions and our guests loved the food! They worked with us to determine a menu that worked well with the other food trucks that we had onsite and made great recommendations. We would highly recommend working with them or visiting them wherever they are parked!

awesome food tonight! had the burrito bowl with chicken. added the guacamole and ques Yummy! portions were good size. daughters had the same thing but instead of chicken they had the cauliflower, they loved it! this was better than a Mexican restaurant in Michigan. I would say authentic like I get when I'm down in Texas. we will definitely go back!
