We attended a wedding event where they hired this company to provide the food. Staff were friendly and nice, and they were pretty accommodating as well when we mentioned that some of us were strictly vegan. They provided 3 different options for the tacos: 1) adobo grilled chicken, 2) beef barbacoa, and 3) chili lime cauliflower. I have done two events with Ruckus Taco now and I cannot say enough good things about them and the food! My first event was 200 people and my second was 500. LARGE events. I heard so many positive comments about the food and service, myself being one of those people commenting! Hosting the event can be super busy I didn't even have time to sit down and eat. We hired Ruckus Tacos to cater our daughter’s graduation party. The food was amazing!! We ordered the chicken, short rib and cauliflower tacos. They were all so delicious!! All of our guests loved the tacos as well. Jeremy was a pleasure to work with in planning the event. We would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others!!
