Sat at the bar and had drinks. Great staff, very polite, the made conversation with everyone sitting around bar. Even the GM made time to ask about our evening. All this while also making sure everyone had what they needed.

I had my wedding at Valentine cocktail lounge and they were absolutely incredible to us. The drinks, service, the ambiance, everything about it was beautiful and fun. Perfect for the romantic day we wanted! Bartenders make amazing drinks and Heather (event manager) works with you through the whole process, she is so responsive and fun!

Had the brown derby cocktail (burboun, honey, grapefruit) and it was delicious! I generally don’t like super sweet drinks and it was perfect. Great atmosphere too. Note this used to be called Valentine’s

I have the faintest memory of when Valentine first opened over a decade ago, hell maybe 15 years now. Craft beer was just starting to be my thing and all of a sudden here comes this new wonder known as craft cocktails and mixologists slinging unique drinks and flavors. Valentine was my first foray into this world and it's the one spot I always come back to. I wish I had taken more pics over the years to capture the drinks I've had but at least this time I took a couple. This delicious beauty is the Eastern Dalliance and it might be my absolute favorite drink at the moment. Peanut infused rye, soy, brown sugar and I'm sure some other magic ingredients go into this delight and it's really quite perfect. The front of the distillery is now known as Belle's Lounge although aesthetically it hasn't changed as far as I can tell. The back room is a party area. A friend of mine had her birthday party there and it is a beautiful space. All in all this has remained one of my favorite places consistently over the years. If you love brilliant cocktails this is the place you want to start, either before dinner or to end your night.

I just wanted a relaxing time with my partner and a drink, but quickly things took a different turn. Got here and the bartender attentively guided us to a table near the bar, and then took the time to review the menu. The waiter came over and with a good attitude asked us if we were ready to order. I went for an Eastern Dalliance which has to be the most original and interesting drink they currently offer; it was good and would recommend it. My partner wanted to play it safe so he ordered a classic martini with blue cheese olives...simple. The waiter came back with a dirty martini with olives stuffed with some kind of pepper. Asked the waiter to change it for us and with no words spoken, nor acknowledgement he just took the dirty martini from us. He came back with another one, just to find out the vodka they used was a flavored one (lychee maybe?). We couldn't believe how a classic martini had been screwed up twice! To make things easy we just had it like that. But when the time came to pay the bill it took a long time for the waiter to pick up my card, even though we saw he noticed that we had placed the card on the table. It was obvious that he was just taking his sweet time to let us go. His demeanor went from very attentive to noticeably annoyed. And the only explanation we could give to his attitude was us asking to make our drink right. As a person that's worked in the service industry I know mistakes are sometimes made BOH and there's nothing wrong with acknowledging them, being apologetic to the customer, and trying to make their stay as pleasant as possible afterwards. If the screw up is so bad even giving a small discount works to make up for it. I am definitely not saying we should have been offered that, but the attitude of the server could have been better to assure a customer comes back for a second try. I hope someone from management sees this as a positive criticism to improve their service.

Came here for the staff, only to find out they all got fired because of, Rifino the slimeball owner, who refuses to get healthcare for his employees. Go support a different business with your hard earned money. I wouldn't drink here if it were the last place on earth.
