Our business orders from the Flat Rock JImmy John’s twice a week and for some reason it takes over 45 - 60 minutes every time to get our food. Well today 12/8 we ordered 4 sandwiches 2 chips and 2 drinks. After 60 minutes we called to see if they forgot our order. The manager said that it just left for delivery. 20 minutes goes buy and we call back because we are only 5 minutes down the road. Again the manager said it’s out for delivery. Jimmy John's is a clean and friendly establishment with very good subs. The staff, particularly Zachary, provided exceptional service, especially for vegetarian options like the Number 6 sub. They even went above and beyond by baking fresh bread and giving a cookie to customers who placed an order right before closing. Customers highly recommend Jimmy John's for a delicious and accommodating dining experience.
